These Conditions exclusively govern the relationship between Hifi-Exquis company with capital of HKD 100 000, whose headquarters are located 573 NATHAN RD YAU MA TEI KLN 999077 HONG KONG China, and Customers (hereinafter the / the "Client (s)") who wish to place their order directly with Hifi-Exquis or site

Hifi-Exquis is the author of the offers on the site, responsible for processing personal data and site content


The Terms and Conditions are subject to change. Therefore, it is understood that the applicable conditions are those in effect on the website at the time of ordering. The posting date of the present conditions is date of implementation. Changes in Sales Terms are binding on site users from their on-line and can not be applied to previously concluded transactions.

The validation of the order by the Customer is acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.


ARTICLE 0 – Condition of Feedback


The feedback stars is very very precious like our blood of life ;) , it's for proving our service quality, so we don't accepte the posting 1-3 star negative feeback directly just after your purchasing.  
If you are not satisfied, please contact us for finding a solution together before posting any 1-3 stars negative feedback  . if you are satisfied with the solution, please post a positive feedback with 4-5 stars, if the solution will be not satisfied, you can leave a negatif feedback for doing anything.
We would like to ensure that this does not come from a misunderstanding:

ARTICLE 1 – Orders


1.1 Account Creation
At its first order, the Customer must first create a customer account, requiring the compulsory seizure of the following information: title, name, billing and shipping address, email address and password. This information is needed to process the customer order by Hifi-Exquis. The client also informs his will or not to receive commercial offers from Hifi-Exquis. The password is strictly personal to the Customer. When the Customer wish to access their personal data on their customer account or when will a new order, the customer will have been previously identified by a username

1.2 Product Selection
It is specified that the products presented on this site can be purchased online when the button "Add to Cart" is present on the sheet. If the "Add to Cart" button is not visible, you can send an email to for availability of the product. Customer must select the product (s) (s) he wishes to order and the corresponding quantities ; 

1.3 Checking the contents of the selection
The customer checks the contents of her basket while keeping the ability to remove or change the quantity of products it has selected ; 

1.4 Verification and control
The command will be a summary called "My Cart", available at any time and incorporating all elements of the customer order including: the content of the order, the amount for each product and the total amount including VAT shipping them according to the mode of delivery and the delivery and billing address if it is different. The Customer may revoke its order, add, modify or cancel as he will not have it validated.

The Customer confirms his order by clicking on "Validate my shopping basket". The client then chooses the method of payment and validates his choice by clicking "I confirm my payment."

The Client confirms acceptance of these General Terms by checking the corresponding box. The validation of the order can not be carried out after the said box checked.

When the customer has validated the order and payment, the order will no longer be subject to modification or cancellation by the Client.

1.5 Order Reception
The customer receives an e-mail summarizing the information about the order within a maximum of twenty-four (24) hours. It is recommended that the Customer print and keep this document.

The order is then recorded and processed by Hifi-Exquis that checks availability / product (s) command (s). Any order implies acceptance of prices and descriptions of products available for sale. Hifi-Exquis is committed to fulfill orders received on the website only while stocks last.

The sale will be considered final after the receipt of the entire amount of the order.

1.6 Order confirmation

Once the order is ready to be shipped, the Customer receives a content summary email confirming the order and send the order. The contract is deemed to be concluded at the time of sending this email.

ARTICLE 2 – Availability


Our product offers are valid until they are visible on the site in stocks. When an order is placed on the site, we check the availability (or) product (s) command (s). In the event of unavailability of product after placing your order, we will notify you of the period within which it will be made available by email. If the proposed date does not suit you, your order will be canceled if you wish and you will be reimbursed if your bank account has been debited.



ARTICLE 3 – Prices


The extras prices in the catalog are final prices in euros taking into account the VAT applicable on the date of the order excluding the processing and shipping costs, any rate change will be reflected in the price of products or services.

Hifi-Exquis reserves the right to change prices at any time but the products will be billed based on rates in effect at the time of validation controls.

The price at the end of the order process, includes order processing, transportation and delivery if they occur in the geographical areas set out below (Article 5).

5.1 Delivering adress

Deliveries are made to the address specified in the order that can only be in the area agreed. Delivery is possible internationally, except for some countries.

The products are delivered to the shipping address provided during the order process, within the time specified on the order confirmation page.

In case of delayed shipment, an email will be sent to inform you of a possible impact on the delivery which you indicated.

5.2 Delivery delay
Delivery times are only given as an indication, the deadline for delivery:

-Delay processing and routing shipping
-Delay indicated on the item


If you buy more products at the same time and that they have different delivery dates, the date of delivery of the order is based on the earliest date.

If they exceed 30 days (60 days per international mail) from the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the buyer paid.



ARTICLE 6 - Withdrawl rights and exchange

6.1 Repayment

We undertake to refund or exchange the apparently defective, spoiled or damaged or not in accordance with your order. In that case, thank you to make a detailed statement in writing and send us the products.


6.2 Right of withdrawal
The final customer has a period of 7 days from receipt of the product to exercise the right of withdrawal from the site

In case of exercising the right of withdrawal within the abovementioned period, only the price of the product purchased will be refunded; delivery costs and return that you pay.

The returns should be in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, manuals ...) for marketing in the new state, and accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice for file management and processing optimized.

ARTICLE 7 – Guarantees and Seller responsability

7.1 Guarantees

The guarantee is 1 year for all products, excepte the vaccum tube ont the amplifier is guarantee 6 month

The guarantees apply strictly only for normal use described in the user manual

Otherwise, we will ensure after-sales service fee.

The damage resulting from use other than that appearing in this manual will not be taken into account (disassembly, immersion in water, violent shock, poor maintenance, poor storage etc ...).  


Any request for Customer Service (VAS) should be done by sending an e-mail. If compensation claim for failure or breaks you must complete FORM AND RETURN WARRANTY, indicated in Article 6.3,

7.2 Responsability

The products comply with Hong Kong law. Responsibility for the HIFI-EXQUIS company can not be held liable for non-compliance with the legislation of the country where the product is delivered. It is your responsibility to check with local authorities the possibilities of import or use of products or services you plan to order.

Moreover, the HIFI-EXQUIS company can not be held liable for damages resulting from misuse of the product purchased, as described in <the manual> product.



ARTICLE 8 – Computing and freedom


You have a right to access and correct personal data. Any information can be used by HIFI-EXQUIS for advertising.

All elements of the website used by HIFI-EXQUIS are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of HIFI-EXQUIS, or that the sites are directly owned or not.

Nobody is allowed to reproduce, use, repost, or use for any purpose whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site they are software, visual or sound.
